New three-phase monitoring relay from METZ CONNECT
Measuring and monitoring relays are indispensable even in today's modern building and building technology. The METZ CONNECT three-phase monitoring relay PFD3-E12 is used for the safe monitoring of your building. By monitoring the most important system parameters, you benefit not only from operational safety, but also from the high availability of your switchgear.
The three-phase monitoring relay monitors the correct phase sequence and the individual phase voltages as well as the connected neutral conductor for total failure. The device is supplied via the measuring circuit L1-L2-L3-N. The integrated 2 changeover relay can be used as a switching contact for the fault message and for switching off the motor contactor. If the phase sequence is correct, the relay switches on; in the event of a total failure of a phase or failure of the neutral conductor, the relay returns to its rest position.
